The Art of the Middle Eastern Oud {2003}
This album is a tribute to the Arabic music pioneers who believed in the dynamism of our cultural heritage and dealt with it as if dealing with life itself, with its continuous changes. In this album also a return to the roots, but in a view to shape and mold them, hoping that they will grow blooming into tunes and dreams that also look like me.
In the end, and even though the uproarious and commercial music of today attracts the youth, there is still room for music that inspires contemplation, meditation and joy; Our bet is that the young public, to whom I belong, would enjoy such music.
